telephone technical support for THE CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT MANAGER™ between the hours of 8:00 A.M.
and 5:00 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday
through Friday by calling 1-800-477-0174.
Non Subscription Rates For
Maintenance And Support
Telephone Technical Support is billed at $25.00
per call plus $2.50 per minute
for non-support agreement customers. Also
note that for customers who do not subscribe
to the annual support and maintenance agreement,
generic program upgrades will be available for
purchase at 50% of the original software cost.
This cost does not include any custom work.
Remote Access Support
If you have Terminal Services, Citrix, or
'PC Anywhere 32' by Symantec, a
modem, and phone line, remote access support
can be provided. This will allow us remote control
of your PC so that we can diagnose problems
and instantly make corrections. We can also
download custom work directly to your network
and provide limited training.
